Which invoice files can I upload?
RenewalRadar accepts PDF, JPG, and PNG invoices up to 3 MB. You always review the extracted fields before a subscription is created.
What happens if extraction is unavailable?
The review screen opens in manual-entry mode. Nothing is fabricated, and you can enter only the fields you can verify from the invoice.
How are savings findings calculated?
They are deterministic checks: duplicate vendor/category spend, significant price increases where a prior price is present, inactive-use flags, and approaching renewals.
Can I change a confirmed record?
Yes. Open Subscriptions to view, edit, or delete a confirmed subscription record.
