RenewalRadar stores the subscription records you choose to add so it can calculate renewal timing, annualized spend, and savings checks. Authenticated records are isolated by the signed-in account on the server.

Public reports show only the selected finding summaries. They do not show private source rows, invoices, or your company name unless you explicitly choose to include it.

You can export your data in Settings. For deletion requests or privacy questions, contact support and include the email used for your account. This overview is not a legal guarantee or a substitute for a formal data-processing agreement.
